Getting Started
Sign in, set your preferences and find your way around SoftClinic GenX.
Screens in this module
| Screen | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Login | Open app.softclinicgenx.com and sign in with your email and password. There is no hospital code to enter: your default facility opens automatically. |
| Forgot Password | On the sign-in page click Forgot Password and follow the link sent to your email. |
| Profile › Change Password | Open the profile menu at the top right and choose Change Password. On your first sign-in you are asked to change it automatically. |
| Profile › User Preferences | Open the profile menu and choose User Preferences. Your default facility and language are set here; there is no facility switch in the top bar. |
| Top bar › Notifications | Click the bell in the top bar. The number shows unread notifications. |
| Quick Links › Shortcut Keys | Open Quick Links in the top bar and choose Shortcut Keys. |
| Sidebar › Menu search | Type part of the screen name in the search box at the top of the sidebar menu. |
| Profile › My Login History | Open the profile menu and choose My Login History. |
