How to reset a forgotten password
Who can do this: every user
Steps
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email you sign in with and submit.
- Open the email from SoftClinic GenX and click the reset link.
- Enter your new password twice and save, then sign in with it.
If something goes wrong
- No email arrives — check your spam folder, then ask your hospital's SoftClinic GenX administrator to reset the password for you.
