How to change your default facility and language
Who can do this: every user with access to more than one facility or language Where: profile menu (top right) › User Preferences
Steps
- Click your profile at the top right of the screen.
- Choose User Preferences.
- Pick your default facility and language.
- Save. SoftClinic GenX now opens on that facility and in that language.
There is no facility switch in the top bar — User Preferences is the place to change it.
A facility is missing from the list? Your administrator has not given you access to it. Ask them to add it in Configurations › User Management.
