How to reset a forgotten password

Who can do this: every user

Steps​

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email you sign in with and submit.
  3. Open the email from SoftClinic GenX and click the reset link.
  4. Enter your new password twice and save, then sign in with it.

If something goes wrong​

  • No email arrives — check your spam folder, then ask your hospital's SoftClinic GenX administrator to reset the password for you.
