Go to Appointments › Outpatient Scheduling, choose the doctor and a free slot, select the patient and save.

How do I set up a doctor's OPD slots?

Go to Appointments › Masters › Resource Calendar (with Clinic and Appointment Slot Types). A doctor with no calendar shows no free slots.
