How do I sign in to SoftClinic GenX?
Open app.softclinicgenx.com and sign in with your email and password. There is no hospital code to enter: your default facility opens automatically.

How do I reset a forgotten password?
On the sign-in page click Forgot Password and follow the link sent to your email.

How do I change my password?
Open the profile menu at the top right and choose Change Password. On your first sign-in you are asked to change it automatically.

How do I change my default facility or language?
Open the profile menu and choose User Preferences. Your default facility and language are set here; there is no facility switch in the top bar.
