How to sign in to SoftClinic GenX
Who can do this: every user Where: app.softclinicgenx.com (or your hospital's own SoftClinic GenX address)
Steps
- Open https://app.softclinicgenx.com in Chrome or Edge.
- Enter the email and password your hospital administrator gave you.
- Click the sign-in button. SoftClinic GenX opens on your default facility — there is no hospital code to type.
- First sign-in only: you are asked to change your password. Choose a new one and save.
If something goes wrong
- Wrong email or password — check Caps Lock, or use Forgot Password.
- Wrong facility opens — change your default facility in User Preferences.
- You are signed out on your own — SoftClinic GenX signs you out after a period of no activity; a countdown shows in the top bar before it happens.
