Set up Rejection Comments Profile
Who does this: hospital administrator Where: In-Door Management › Masters › Rejection Comments Profile Set up before: Facility
Rejection comments are the standard reasons for turning down an admission request, for example No bed available in requested class. Each comment belongs to one facility.

Add a rejection comment

Go to In-Door Management › Masters › Rejection Comments Profile.

Click Add. The Rejection Comments Profile form opens on the right.

Fill in the fields:

Field What to enter Required Rejection Comment Code Filled in automatically when you save. — Status Leave on Active. — Facility Name The facility this comment is used in. Choose it first; the field starts empty. Yes Rejection Comment The comment, in plain words. Up to 50 characters. Yes -
Click Save. The form closes and the new comment appears in the list.
Change or deactivate a rejection comment
- In the list, click the ⋮ button at the end of the row and choose Edit.
- Change the text, or switch Status to Inactive to stop offering the comment.
- Click Save.
Good to know
- Rejection comments must be unique.
- Keep comments short: the field takes up to 50 characters.
- Click Cancel to close the form without saving.
